Few days after OnePlus confirmed to The Verge about the impending arrival of the company’s next flagship. OnePlus now comes out with an official teaser about the upcoming flagship. A plain and simple message that reads “Hello 5” is all about it takes to further build the hype.
The image was posted on OnePlus Weibo account with a caption “Hey Summer! Give me five!”. This reiterates earlier confirmation and that the device will indeed to arrive this summer.
Though the image doesn’t say anything else about the upcoming flagship besides what it will be called but rumors beforehand tells us that the OnePlus 5 should come out with a 5.5-inch display with QHD resolution. It’s also worth noting that rumors have been consistent with the inclusion of Snapdragon 835 to power the device along with either 6GB or 8GB of RAM.
Furthermore, the handset is expected to include a twin 12 Megapixel sensor main camera module. It is said to come out with a 3600 mAh embedded battery with Dash Charge 2.0 support. While it’s early to assume these features as final but given that these rumors are seemingly constant over time, we are raising our hopes high for these feature to make into its final production.
