OnePlus introduces the new $159 Watch with 1.39-inch circular display

Has 14 days battery life and supports Warp Charge.

As teased earlier, the new OnePlus introduces a new wearable device known simply as the OnePlus Watch. Housed in a stainless steel body, the new smartwatch has a round 1.39-inch OLED display with 326ppi resolution and is protected by sapphire glass on top.

Feature-wise, the OnePlus Watch comes with a built-in heart rate monitor, Blood Oxygen saturation monitoring, breathing exercise as well as sleep tracking and stress monitor. There’s also a total of 110 workout modes including swimming that should take advantage of its IP68 and 5ATM water resistance.

It comes with a 402mAh battery which OnePlus promises up to 14 days of battery life under normal use. There’s a Warp Charge support which gives at about 7 days of battery life for a 20 minute charge using a proprietary 2 Pogo pin charger.

The Watch comes has a built-in Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS with 1GB of RAM and about 2GB of user-available storage. Unlike other popular smartwatches in the market that uses WearOS, OnePlus opted to use RTOS with OnePlus Watch customizations on top. This enables you to get and take actions with notifications, receive calls and even use the smartwatch as a music remote control or listen directly to songs saved on the Watch.

The OnePlus Watch uses a 46mm sized straps and they are available in various colors and materials which are sold separately, each OnePlus Watch package comes with either black or silver Fluoroelastomer straps and has a total weight of 76 grams.

The Watch is priced at US$159 and will have its first sale on April 14. There’s also a Cobalt alloy Limited Edition available that is set to arrive later this year.
