There are a number of new devices coming next year that consumers are anticipating. One of them is OnePlus with the company’s next flagship device the OnePlus 9 and the OnePlus 9 Pro or so they are known. For now the new moniker is what is expected to the 2021 flagship from OnePlus and we have a handful of renders and mockup for the upcoming device.
Now, after a series of renders that has proliferated so far, the latest may just seem to be the most credible of them all it not hundred percent accurate.
The images below is somehow a prototype of the OnePlus 9 that had its time outside for a little photo-op which may be our closest reference to the real deal.
The early renders seems to have stayed relevant and this could be the final design that will be available to consumers especially the back of the device where a uniquely designed camera module adorned with large imaging sensors. This image however shows what we think would be the vanilla OnePlus 9 given the Pro variant is said to include a fourth sensor in the mix. We could also see a unfamiliar logo on the back which we believe is just a placeholder image for the prototype.
The OnePlus 9 will be a 5G device and will be powered by the newly announced Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 chipset with at least 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. The build of the device is pretty similar to that of the OnePlus 8T with a 6.55-inch display with 120Hz refresh rate and is set in Full-HD+. The frame is most likely made from Aluminum with all the buttons and ports on the same familiar spot as its predecessor.
