Just a week after two of the biggest wireless carriers in the Philippines announced their iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s post-paid plans and contracts, the Cupertino giant officially announced the official prices of today’s hottest smartphone in the Philippines.
The iPhone 6s and the iPhone 6s Plus is an update to last years iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus with all the same externals but what’s getting a serious make-over is in its internals. It has the same 4.7-inch and 5.5-inch Retina display respectively but now feature Apple’s 3D Touch technology. It also comes with the latest 64-bit A9 chipset with M9 motion coprocessor with 2 GB of RAM. The latest “s” models also comes with a significant improvement since the iPhone 4s the Camera which in now at 12 Megapixel and a new 5 Megapixel iSight camera on the front to finish of the package.
So how much does the new iPhone 6s line-up cost, you may ask… Well, the cheapest way to get one is opt for the iPhone 6s 16 GB variant which cost Php 37,990 and if you want the top-of-the-line variant then you will have to spend Php 55,990 for the 128 GB version of the iPhone 6s Plus.

As you may have noticed already (if you do at all), the prices for the new models falls virtually the same or perhaps just a thousand more compared from its predecessor of each variant. While these prices are a bit way to high for the average Filipinos, both Smart and Globe the country’s leading mobile phone carriers do have their own post-paid plan offerings for a specific locked-in periods and monthly rates with a seemingly lower cash out prices upon subscription.
