O+ USA’s first octa-core device the “O+ Air” coming soon in the Philippines

As more and more manufacturers are getting into the bandwagon of 8 Core CPU equipped trend, local and international players alike, O+ USA is also prepping its sleeves to release their first true octa-core smartphone in the Philippines soon.
Our sources suggests that the first O+ octa-core device will be called “Air”. The name was apparently derived straight from the device itself with its thin and lighter design. According to O+, the O+ Air is the company’s thinnest device yet but does have a monstrous specs inside. The device is constructed in real metal for its light-weight, durable and elegant finish.
Two other specs that really excites users is that the upcoming O+ Air will come right out of the box with Android 4.4 (KitKat) and will also feature O+’s developed Lumi display in 5-inch HD. The Lumi Display is a new and innovative display technology developed by O+ that features a clear and bright output regardless on which angle users view the display and is highly energy-efficient which enabled the company to incorporate a smaller battery giving more rooms for components to fit inside the device.
The O+ Air is yet to be announced but TechPinas suggests a more premium price for the device. O+ is also following strict compliance on subjecting their device for testing, this will ensure that devices that goes out from the company’s warehouse are durable and in high quality that is sure to last.
