Nubia to use new and improved active cooling fan on the Red Magic 5G

To keep them cool, our desktop computers have fans, laptops have fans and even mini computers do have fans, but have you heard of a smartphone having fans?

Nubia, the company that builds the Red Magic series of gaming devices came up with that solution to make their devices cool and performs at optimum. Since the Nubia Red Magic 3s, Nubia continues to develop a new and improved active fan cooling solution for their Red Magic series.

Now, the upcoming Red Magic 5G will continue to improve that solution which the company is actively developing over the years. The new generation micro cooling fan on the upcoming device is said to be able to top at 15,000 rpm.

The new fan solution’s has a new shape and position of the blades to come up with a faster rpm with the air ducts and radiators inside the device having a new design as well. With this new improvements. The new cooling solution promises notable increase in efficiency with the new North-South air duct radiator being 56% more of surface area with 43% of ventilation volume and 30% heat-exchange capacity.

To maximize its effectivity, Nubia uses an improved and new aviation-grade aluminum alloy and a new high-performance thermally-conductive gel.

What sort of components that Nubia need to cool off? you may ask… For one, there’s the Snapdragon 865 SoC with Adreno 650 GPU and comes with 5G modem. despite the huge space needed for that cooling solution, it still managed to house a 4,400 mAh battery.
