We’ve waited for 17 years for Nokia to bring back an old-fashioned yet significantly iconic device that’s the Nokia 3310. Nokia’s official twitter account Nokia Mobile announced that the handset is now shipping around the world with a short video presentation.

Nokia however didn’t explicitly explain on what they mean about their “now shipping” claims. HMD Global haven’t announced yet regarding its partners and retailers that will help them distribute the Nokia 3310 to customers nor their definite schedules on their arrival to our retail store shelves. What they imply though is that in the next few months, they will be bringing all their devices globally and that would also include the Nokia 6 which is at the moment being sold in the China exclusively.
There are stores and retail outlets though that are now taking pre-orders of the handset and that simply means that the much awaited handset is just a few weeks away as it has always been the case. Early details already confirmed that Nokia is making its devices available around May and June and shipping the Nokia 3310 not only means that the iconic device is making its way across the world but all of Nokia’s latest smartphone as well.
