You’ve probably seen, heard or even own a smart speaker yourself but what the French manufacturer ARCHOS has in mind is different from the usual, meet the new ARCHOS Hello. The new device isn’t just your ordinary entertainment and smart assistant unit as it combines a built-in display as well and as you guess it, it’s called a Smart display with a huge speaker bundled in a single and compact package that’s going to reign your living room, kitchen or your dinning room in the nearest future.

The ARCHOS Hello has two options: one with a 7-inch HD display as standard or you could opt for a larger screen with an 8.4-inch display and in Full HD. It is powered by a Quad-core processor with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of storage space and there’s a 5 Megapixel camera built into it.

The new smart display runs Android 8.0 (Oreo) and of course it has Google Assistant built-in to do its chores. You can make sensible conversation with the device, stream music, make video calls and watch video contents on it or event cast it into a compatible large display through Google cast.

The new ARCHOS Hello will be showcased at MWC a couple of days from now. As for pricing, it starts at $160 for the 7-inch model while the bigger variant would cost $222. It will be available in selected markets this summer.
