After having a highly successful sales in China, Meizu is now breaking boundaries as they ready the company’s flagship the MX4 Pro for the Malaysian market. The handset has been approved recently by the Malaysian Standardization organization SIRIM on January 17 and signifies a forthcoming launch of the MX4 Pro in the country next month, it is also set to compete against Xiaomi’s Note Pro as they come with almost the same specs and targeted market segment.
The Meizu MX4 Pro is equipped with a 5.5-inch Quad-HD 2K display and is powered by Samsung Exynos 5 5430 Octa-core processor with 3 GB of RAM and a choice of 16/32/64 GB of internal storage. users who prefer an expandable memory on device might be disappointed that the MX4 Pro doesn’t have that option and users as stuck with what the handset internal storage have with.
The handset will be available by February in Malaysian store shelves with an official price of RM 1,499 for its 16 GB variant while some rumors suggests that it could go lower at RM 1,400 for the said variant and RM 1,600 for the 32 GB variant.
