LG expand its Tablet range with three new G Pad models

LG introduced three new tablets for its G Pad series; the G Pad 7.0, G Pad 8.0 and G Pad 10.1. Following its success on their second attempt in the tablet market, LG’s new tablets are set to compete directly to Samsung and ultimately the Apple line of tablets, but as the market is pretty saturated already by different manufacturers and different sizes of tablets and slates, LG once again is taking the risk with the hopes on replicating its success with the G Pad 8.3.
LG is not new to tablets, they have released a tablet before but didn’t quite catch up with the norms. Came the introduction of Google Nexus 4 smartphone which comes from LG. using the design philosophy from the Nexus 4, LG came up with LG G Pad 8.3 though the display size seems a bit awkward and unusual, it catches users attention with its beautiful design and impressive specs.
With the introduction of new tablets in the market, LG is providing customers a wider range of options as some would prefer a smaller device while others prefer a larger tablet depending on the individual needs. The new tablet range offers a proprietary UX features such as QPair 2.0 and LG’s Knock Code screen unlocking.
Introduced with G Pad 8.3, the new tablets features an updated QPair 2.0 which enables users to seamlessly connect to LG’s Android powered smartphone to get notifications from calls and text messages directly with the G Pad. The Knock Code unlocking feature also provide users the ability to customize knock patterns to power on and unlock devices. These a just a few of features that comes with the new tablets.
The new LG G Pad 7.0, 8.0 and 10.1 is set to be unveiled during the MedPI 2014 trade show in Monaco this week with additional information on specs and availability is also to be expected during the event.
