Xiaomi just recently unveiled the new Mi 11 globally but the event ended without the flagships Pro variant that is because the higher end model is set to make a debut on the second quarter of the year.
But, YouTube channel Tech Buff just recently uploaded a video which took a brief hands-on review on what seem to be a legit Mi 11 Pro/Ultra device. The video has been taken down but other users have already managed to take photos and copies of the original video.
The Mi 11 Pro/Ultra shown is available in two variants Black and White with a prominent camera bump on the back. As described, the camera module comes with a triple camera sensor and a peculiar spot on the right that has a small secondary display.
The cameras included a 50 Megapixel primary sensor, a 48 Megapixel with Wide Angle lens and a 48 Megapixel sensor with a Periscope lens. the minute display on the back is said to be primary use for Selfies but other than as a view-finder, the display can also output the whatever the main display is showing on the front.
The smartphone devices runs MIUI 12.5 and according to XDA Developers that is a true global version of the user interface.
The Mi 11 Pro/Ultra is said to be built on a 6.8-inch OLED display with curved edges on all sides. There’s the WQHD+ resolution and the 120Hz display refresh rate making these couple of devices even more legit.
The rest of the goodies that Xiaomi had already incorporated on the new Mi 11 are present on the Mi 11 Pro/Ultra as well including the 20 Megapixel front camera, Gorilla Glass Victus, the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 chipset, a 5000 mAh battery that supports 67W wired fast charging and 10W reverse charging. It also have stereo speaker tuned by Harman Kardon and an IP68 certification for water and dust resistance.
