The first Google True Wireless Stereo (TWS) earbuds are out and it already received a lot of positive reviews from people and well-known reviewers across the web. The Google Pixel Buds were announced on the fourth quarter of 2019 and it took around six months for Google to say it’s ready for consumer to use.

Like all other TWS available, the Google Pixel Buds also comes with a case that is uniquely shaped like an egg with a flip-up top that not just reveal the buds but also automatically connects to your previously paired Android device through a feature called “Fast Pair”.

Google equipped the new Pixel Buds with Noise-cancelling technology that promises clear phone calls in windy and noisy environments. There’s also an Adaptive Sound feature that continuously adjust the volume of the buds depending on the ambient noise.

The Pixel Buds also allows you to talk to Google Assistant hands-free and can even auto-translate conversations in real-time. While the latter feature was already available from previous generation Pixel Buds but it was not without a problem and with the new Google Pixel Buds, we hope this little hiccup has been ironed out.

Google also promised updates for the Pixel buds including one that we find most useful where Google’s Find My Device will show the last location of your earbuds.

Th new Google Pixel Buds (TWS) will retail for $179 in the US through popular stores such as Google Store, Best Buy, Walmart, Target and through US mobile carrier outlets. The earbuds is currently available in Clearly White but in the coming months color options such as: So Orange, Quite Mint, and Almost Black will become available as well while the charging case will only be available on a single White color.
