Google updates Mobile Search redesign: focuses on search results
Google directly ports its desktop version of its Search engine UI to its mobile search but this will eventually change for the better as it rolls out a visual redesign of the service for mobile devices.
Google wants you to focus on search results rather than what UI are there on the display window. To do this, the mobile search team uses a larger and bolder text and less distractive visual elements.
Along with the visual redesign, Google is also making your search more of a Googley thing with a noticeable roundness to the Google logo to start with. It also applies this rounded visual elements on images and with the use of the company’s signature fonts makes its UI consistent with all other Google services.
With these visual redesigns, Google is ultimately trying to make Mobile search even more faster and convenient.
Depending on where you are located, you’ll be experience the new changes in different instances as it might be available right away on some locations while for some needs a little of waiting.
