Google is now working on the Pixel 4, that’s for sure and that means that it should cost a few more bucks higher than the current Pixel 3’s. What’s more interesting though is that Google is also working on a cheaper Pixel devices dubbed the Pixel 3a.

The Pixel 3a surfaced a few months back and Google just briefly teased (intentionally? We do not know) the handset straight from Google website. Besides this, Google also listed the device on Google Play console with code names “Sargo” and “Bonito” as the leak suggests. This means that the Pixel 3a will be available in two variants presumably being the regular Pixel 3a and Pixel 3a XL.

The two variants will sport 4GB of RAM with one to be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 670 chipset while the other one with Snapdragon 710.

Given that the Pixel 3a is in two variations, the regular version with code name “Sargo” will have a 1080 x 2220 screen resolution while “Bonito”
presumably the Pixel 3a XL will sport a 1080 x 2160 resolution screen.

The upcoming Pixel 3a device are expected to become available in the market by the middle of the year and potentially becomes official at I/O 2019 that will kick off by May 07.
