The Department of Health (DOH) issued COVID-19 Bulletin No. 143 on August 04, 2020. This bulletin reports a staggering 6,352 new confirmed cases of COVID-19.
With this number together with yesterday’s figure, the total number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in the country is now at 112,593 with a Death toll now at 2,115 after 11 new reported deaths were added.
This bulletin also reports 240 new recoveries and that makes our total number of recoveries to 66,049.
With these figures calculated, the Philippines now has a total of 44,429 active COVID-19 cases on record. More info about this Bulletin is detailed in the infographic down below:
