Confirmed COVID-19 cases in the country rises to 4,195 after 119 new cases reported today
DOH released COVID-19 CASE BULLETIN #027 at 16:00H (4:00PM PST) on April 10, 2020.
The Department of Health now has 119 new COVID-19 cases which increases our total confirmed cases to 4,195.
From the same report, the health agency also accounts 18 new deaths as of the moment that totals to 221.
We also have 16 new recoveries on record and that totals to 140 recoveries.

COVID-19 was declared by World Health Organization (WHO) as a Pandemic on March 03, 2020 which started in Wuhan, China. The disease is caused by Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome – coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV2) with a Flu like symptoms such as Fever, Cough, Colds and in more severe cases Difficulty in Breathing.
There are no vaccines or direct cure for the disease at the moment and the only way to protect ourselves from getting infected is to practise proper and frequent handwashing, avoid touching our face, mouth, nose and eyes. Our health experts strongly suggests that we wear face masks as much as possible.
