HMD Global already have the Nokia 3 for the entry-level market but early rumors suggests that the Finnish company still has one more device for even budget-conscious customers allegedly the Nokia 2. Though HMD Global hasn’t deny nor confirm early reports, a FCC filing seems to have just done the latter and were leaked by popular leakster Evan Blass (@evleaks).

Given that the Nokia 2 is budget device, that seems a little too overstated with what the render shows. The look of the Nokia 2 seems sturdy with its polycarbonate shell. At its simplest thought, the Nokia 2 would be your practically cheap device that will take a beating and stand up to live for another day. It doesn’t have all the fancies from your favorite smartphones but should do the job as it intends to.

The Nokia 2 is rumored to be equipped with a 5-inch display with 720p resolution, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 212 chipset paired to a 1GB of RAM, there were no words about its storage but should be around 16GB and a fairly large 4000 mAh battery. The Nokia 2 is expected to run Android 7.x (Nougat) out of the box but should be ready to take the latest Android 8.0 (Oreo).
