It’s here and it came back, Terminator Genisys first official trailer has been released. The film has been highly anticipated by fans and for the fact that Arnold Schwarzenegger is making a come back as the Terminator the main protagonist of the film. It definitely fulfilled the promise as the popular line “I’ll be back” goes from Terminator 2: Judgement Day. The film is also joined by stars Emilie Clarke, Jason Clarke and Jai Courtney.
The new Terminator Genisys is the first part of the planned trilogy that Paramount hopes to reboot the franchise. The events on the Genisys seems to follow the same roots of what the first film was. The year is 2029, at the height of the war between man and machines, John Connor (Jason Clarke) sent Kyle Reese (Jai Courtney) to 1984 to find and protect Sarah Connor (Emilie Clarke) the then young mother of John after learning that Skynet (a network of Artificial Intelligence that raged war against humans) sent a terminator back in time to kill his mother Sarah Connor in order to keep John from being born. But when Kyle Reese found Sarah, what he learned was unexpected.
The film is scheduled for a worldwide release in theaters on July 1, 2015. So are you excited to see the new film? But first, enjoy the first trailer below.
