Apple has already sent out press invites for a September 9 event which to take place at the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium in San Francisco. The event will unfold at around 10:00 a.m which is expected to fill in the 7000 seating capacity venue. It is said to be one of the biggest Apple event in its history with the biggest announcement to date.

As we’ve already had in the few weeks back, the Cupertino company is set to unveil a number of new devices and services next month with one of the highlights would be an update to its smartphone line. We’ve also expect a new iPad with the rumored iPad Air 3 or perhaps an iPad Pro, an update to the Apple TV is also hinted to make an appearance which will act as a HomeKit hub.

But we believe the event to be more focused on the new iPhone 6s and its bigger sibling the iPhone 6s Plus. Both devices is expected to included a better and update hardware especially in the imaging department as the next iPhone is extensively leaked earlier to include a 12 Megapixel main camera with 5-Element lens. The handset is also speculated to include the new Force touch technology which will bring new touch functions to the handset. There could also be a number of improvements in the pipeline including an updated chipset and more RAM on the new iPhones.

Together with the unveiling of the new iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus, it is also possible that Apple would introduce the iPhone 6C which will be a toned-down variant of the iPhone 6s. And there’s the expect formal introduction of the new iOS 9 and the Watch OS2. As what the invitation has hinted, expect more improvements from Siri as she gets even more intelligent and mature than ever.

The official date given by Apple matches the date from the rumors early on, by that it could also mean the pre-order would also coincide with the rumored two days after the iPhone 6s gets official and that would start on September 11 while the handset would become available on sale as early as September 18 for the first wave of markets, other regions would follow a week after.
