Consumers have waited for Apple to launch premium headphones and that wait is over as the Cupertino company has officially introduce the new Apple AirPods Max.
The new AirPods Max is an over-ear headphones with a perfect balance of HiFi Audio and the portability and intuitive user experience of the AirPods with a combination of both physical controls and advance sensors.
It features Active Noise Cancellation (ANC), High-Fidelity sound, Spatial Audio and Adaptive EQ with dynamic head tracking for a surround theater-like experience. It comes with Apple’s own H1 Chip that delivers premium Bluetooth 5.0 Audio experience.
There’s a dedicated Noise control button to switch between ANC and transparency mode. While ANC removes ambient noise, transparency mode on the other hand enables users to hear ambient sound while on the AirPods Max, that’s great for safety that keeps users environment aware.
While the AirPods Max is basically compatible with any Bluetooth enabled devices around but the official Apple website doesn’t mention any support for those. But for seamless and maximum audio experience, users will need to pair the new headphones with Apple’s own devices like the iPhone, iPad, MacBooks and so on as it supports iOS 14.3, iPadOS 14.3, MacOS Big Sur 11.1, watchOS 7.2, tvOS 14.3 or later.
With devices from Apple ecosystem, users are able to enjoy seamless quick-pairing, automatic switching between devices, audio sharing between two AirPods and always-on Siri capabilities.
The new Apple AirPods Max also is given its own iconic design with what Apple calls “custom acoustic design”. It uses a breathable knit mesh headband meant to augment the total weight of the headphones and makes users feel more comfortable. The main steel frame is telescopic with the ear cups to pivot and rotate.
To complete the package, the new Apple AirPods Max comes with a slim Smart Case for carrying. Additionally, fold the headphones inside the case triggers an ultralow power state.
The Apple AirPods Max is coming in space gray, silver, sky blue, green and pink color options. The new headphones is now available for order in the US, Europe and in the UK and will be shipped by December 15 and will be available in store shelves by then.
