Android 6.0 Marshmallow to hit Nexus 5 and Nexus 6 on October 5 according to Canadian Carrier
Google has already confirmed its September 29 event with the anticipated launch of Android 6.0 Marshmallow and a number of Google devices to take the stage. While new reports includes a definite inclusion of the upcoming OS with the soon to release Nexus 5 devices from both LG and Huawei, there’s still no information when the new operating system hits existing devices until now.
Canadian Carrier Telus, unexpectedly listed the arrival of the operating system update to existing devices in the wild on the 5th of October and will be available for both the Nexus 5 and Nexus 6 as expected. While the listing indicates a specific date, Telus however says that the date is subject to change and this might have something with Google who will initiate the deployment.
