A Samsung Galaxy Note 6 “Lite” might also be in the works with Snapdragon 820 and 4GB of RAM

A couple of weeks ago, we’ve told you that Samsung was working on two possible consumer versions of the Galaxy Note 6. As Samsung is yet to decide which of the two versions would come out in the market, new rumors have circulated that a variant of the flagship is also in the works.
Like the Galaxy Note 3 lite, the sixth edition of the flagship might as well have the same kind of treatment with a Galaxy Note 6 lite variant. The most surprising piece of information about the said variant isn’t about the size the handset is going to get as it will sport the same 5.8-inch AMOLED screen of the regular Galaxy Note 6 but what’s underneath.
So for the specs, thought little about it is known at the moment, but the key details have been spilled, the handset is said to be powered by a Snapdragon 820 SoC and is supported by 4 GB of RAM and screen is set at 1080p resolutions compared to the regular version of the alleged handset which might house a Snapdragon 823 and 6GB or even 8GB of RAM and a higher resolution display set at QHD.
As their differences makes sense for such variants, all rumored specs are yet to be confirmed by Samsung which might look a lot like different when the handsets finally make a dbut into the market. Third quarter sounds likely for the second flagship device to be unveiled but until then we’re getting our hope in that Samsung will make this rumors and speculations fruitful as there seems a little less innovation seen on the current and previous versions of the Galaxy Note series since the Galaxy Note 2 touched the market.
