After several leaks went off and following the Galaxy C9 Pro’s launch is the new Samsung Galaxy C7 Pro. The handset follows the same design language as the Galaxy C9 Pro but a little smaller and lighter. The handset is a mid-range device equipped with Snapdragon 626 Chipset with 8-core processor clocking at 2.2 GHz with Adreno 506 GPU. More so with its specs is an ideally relevant 4GB of RAM and comes with either 32GB or 64GB of storage space with microSD card support.
The Samsung Galaxy C7 Pro the sport a 5.7-inch sAMOLED display with 1920 x 1080p resolution. Mounted in front of the handset is fingerprint scanner embedded inside the handset’s home button. Despite the increasing demand for Nougat, the Galaxy C7 Pro is still on Android 6.0.1 (Marshmallow), but we’re expecting Samsung to release a software update of the handset in the future.
For imaging, users should be delighted to know that the handset comes equipped with a 16 Megapixel cameras both on the front and back which features an f/1.9 Aperture lens to absorb more light. As for the main camera, it further includes a dual LED flash to assist in low light conditions.
Like its bigger cousin the Galaxy C9 Pro, the Galaxy C7 Pro also feature that 3-thin strips of antenna lines on the upper and lower portion of the back with everything being wrapped on a full metal finish.
Though the handset is already unveiled on Samsung’s China website, with pre-orders happening on January 16, the manufacturer haven’t revealed the price as of yet but we bet it will be much more affordable than the up-sized Galaxy C9 Pro. When it launches, the Galaxy C7 Pro will be available in the following color options: Rose pink, Arctic blue and Maple leaf gold.
