I was strolling in one of the malls here in Cebu yesterday and saw that the Samsung Galaxy J7+ has finally arrived in the Philippines. The new Galaxy J7 variant packs a dual camera sensor on the back with the same feature rich elements of the Galaxy J7 Pro.
The highlight of the new handset like most of the Galaxy J7 series is the camera but what really sets it apart from its siblings is its dual sensors. It is also a second Samsung handset that officially carry such feature. This is obviously designed to further enhance the lineup’s imaging capabilities with Samsung comparing its captured images to that of a DSLR. The main sensor come with a 13 Megapixel main camera with an f/1.7 Aperture paired to a 5 Megapixel depth sensing sensor with an f/1.9 Aperture. On the front, it has a 16 Megapixel Selfie camera together with its own LED flash similar to the back.
Besides the new camera equipment, another thing note with the new Galaxy J7+ is its smaller battery. At 3000mAh, it comes short compared to the Galaxy J7 Pro’s 3600mAh, however it should be able to handle quite well and will make it through the name on normal use, but if the that concerns anyone, a powerbank is our friend.
So the Galaxy J7+ is already out in the Philippine market with numerous retailers already have the new handset in their shelves. Samsung sets the Price at 19,990Php but that seems to be beyond the realm where the Galaxy J series device were supposed to be, isn’t it? Would you grab an almost 20K device from Samsung for its camera? Let us know in the comments…
