It’s now hard discredit anyone shedding light to the upcoming device from OnePlus. So far, it seems like everyday that rumors of the OnePlus 5 successor has been constantly pointing to the same details and renders of the company’s upcoming update to its flagship that we believed would be the OnePlus 5T.

Online retail store Oppomart just drop a blow before OnePlus officially announce the upcoming flagship with details about the spec and its price. Priced around $549, the OnePlus 5T comes with an 18:9 almost bezel less 6.0-inch display along with a convincing render showing the front of the device.

From what we have from here, the OnePlus 5T comes with the most radical change since the company launched their devices in the market. For one, it has an almost all screen on the front with thin bezels all over. We’ve noticed that it also lacked one prominent feature for a OnePlus device and that’s the home button that doubles as a fingerprint scanner on the front. Rumors claims that the company had to moved the biometric scanner on the back to give way for the large screen size but up to this point we are yet to confirm such claims and that if OnePlus is truly moving the fingerprint scanner on the back or that they had it removed altogether.

However, changes on the new and upcoming handset will be mostly about the display and that most of its features are retained from the original OnePlus 5 including its Snapdragon 835 SoC and either a 6GB or 8GB of system RAM and 64GB an 128GB of onboard storage respectively. Camera equipment both on the front and back stays intact while the battery is expect to stay the same or just a little notch which really is nothing too significant.

In addition to that, Evan Blass (@evleaks) got details for the handset’s release date that is said to come from his trusted and reliable source. Blass source claims that it should be by November 20 onwards and not before it.

We believed that the next OnePlus devices would surely or mostly likely be like the one on the leaks, sister company’s such as Vivo and Oppo already have their own version of an 18:9 display device, it should be a surprise for OnePlus to come out with their own as well. But if you’ve followed these leaks online, one would agree that OnePlus handset especially the recent ones, particularly the OnePlus 5 takes a great inspiration from Oppo’s F series. Oppo will be introducing its own Selfie-centric device the F5 series sometime from now and we are seeing here some similarities from leaks of both smartphones, they will be different from their specs and that’s for sure, but their designs is almost certainly the same.
