Nokia C1 finally caught in the wild while running Android 6.0 Marshmallow

After being out in the game of several years, the Finnish giant Nokia is set to embark its journey into the smartphone market, though the company is said to open its doors late next year, rumors about its comeback just refused to die out. One of the interesting things that is yet to come with Nokia’s rebirth, the Nokia C1 would be the company’s new take in the world of mobile devices.

Like the renders that we saw recently, the live image of the alleged Nokia C1 is all about simplicity and just fit. It’s at least for the time being that we can partially confirm that the handset does really exist in the wild though at the moment it is more likely that the said handset is still at its prototype stage.

Contrary to earlier assumptions, the latest info about the Nokia C1 is that the handset will feature a 1080p screen unlike those believed earlier. It is also said to be running a vanilla version of Android 6.0 Marshmallow which is still in Beta at the moment but by the time the handset becomes available in the Market, Nokia would already have updated its specs to fit into the desired market. The Nokia C1 will be powered by an Intel Atom processor and is paired with 2 GB of RAM.

We still cant confirm if the handset would be made from plastic or metal as our sources still doesn’t have the information about it but as we go forward, we could expect this news to be updated and we’ll eventually have inputs about the company and its upcoming device. Though everything else is as blurry as them all seems at the moment but one thing that we know of is that the Nokia C1 like their N1 tablet will have its R&D together with its manufacturing to take place in China.
