Customers of the new Lumia 535 have been reporting an issue to its touchscreen, so much so that Microsoft had acknowledge the problem earlier this month and promised a fix by December 27. Surprisingly, Microsoft is now rolled out a new update for the handset which includes the promised Touchscreen fix with it. It looks like the Microsoft mobile division has been busy moving its parts together to bring out the update a few days earlier.
In addition to the widely anticipated fix, the new update also enables Cortana to be available in more countries, the Action Center now lets you turn your wireless data connection on or off, schedule phone updates and the usual bug fixes and other underlying stability and system improvements are all coming along with the update.
As always, the update is rolled out in phases by region, some are now getting notified about the new update while others may take a few days to reach their devices.
