Instagram now enables photo sharing from its mobile website

Instagram makes it even more easier to share photos on the social media. Users are no longer required to install the Instagram app on their devices to start sharing photos as they are now making the feature available from its mobile internet site. The functionality is just a start and Instagram will likely add more features on the website as time progresses. Previously, the web app only allowed users to browse and like photos, check notification and make a search query.

Apart from sharing of photos, Instagram also enables a simplified version of its Explore tab on the mobile web app, but despite these features being added for its mobile app, there are still no word as to when it makes it available for desktop web browsers or if they would become available at all.

For now, it’s good to know that we have other ways to share our photos on Instagram. It’s know for a fact, that apps do fail unexpectedly and having a web app counterpart does make sense if you are into the social media.

To give it a try: visit instagram.com on your mobile device via your favorite mobile browser and start sharing.
