Alcatel Idol 4 Pro finally arrived in Europe

The new Alcatel Idol 4 Pro with Windows 10 Mobile maybe late in the party but as the saying goes “It’s better late than never” seems to have a justification just for that at least in Europe. The said Windows Phone was supposed to launched in Europe last month and was delayed up until now and customers can now purchase the handset from their favorite stores especially in Germany, France and in the UK.

What’s really mind-blowing here in the price, the new Alcatel Idol 4 Pro comes with a £419.99 price tag or equivalent to €479.99 from which we think is a bit overpriced considering its underlying hardware and the operating system that it runs.

The Alcatel Idol 4 Pro is nothing but a Windows version of the company’s Idol 4S launched earlier of last year with minor hardware tweaks. The handset comes with a 5.5-inch 1080p IPS display and is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 chipset with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of onboard storage.

For photos and videos, the handset is equipped with 21 Megapixel main sensor at the back with PDAF and LED flash with support for 4K video recording. On the front is a regular 8 Megapixel shooter with 1080p video capture and comes with its own dedicated LED flash as well for bright looking Selfies.

So there you go, the Alcatel Idol 4 Pro with Windows 10 Mobile.
